Where can you find our beef?

Left Bank Butchery

Saxapahaw, NC

Our main partner is Left Bank Butchery.  Ross Flynn, owner and operator of Left Bank, can help you find exactly what you’re looking for.  If it’s not already in his case, he can cut whatever you might want. Ross will educate you on steaks you might not know of, how to make lesser cuts go farther, learn new recipes, etc. Go for a visit and get inspired! Ross is a master of charcuterie, and he works with Cane Creek Farm, producer of some of the best pastured pork around.
