Our main partner is Left Bank Butchery.  Ross Flynn, owner and operator of Left Bank, can help you find exactly what you’re looking for.  If it’s not already in his case, he can cut whatever you might want. Ross will educate you on steaks you might not know of, how to make lesser cuts go farther, learn new recipes, etc. Go for a visit and get inspired! Ross is a master of charcuterie, and he works with Cane Creek Farm, producer of some of the best pastured pork around.

At Transfer Co. Food Hall in Raleigh, NC

Alimentari at Left Bank is a newly opened location in Raleigh, at Transfer Co. Food Hall. We are excited to offer our beef to many new faces in this incredible space. Go see for yourself the incredible food vendors at Transfer Co. Food Hall!


The Eddy Pub

Saxapahaw, NC

Savor a sunset out on the patio at The Eddy Pub, while enjoying a burger from our farm. Located inside the old dye house of the cotton mill, The Eddy is a beautiful space, overlooking the Haw River. There are often specials featuring our steaks or specialty cuts, deliciously made by chef, Isaiah Allen.

What used to be a gas station in the heart of Saxapahaw has now become a destination people flock to from all over the state. This is mostly because chef, Jeff Barney, makes incredible food. Check out the short ribs, you won’t be disappointed!


Reverence Farms & Cafe

Located off NC Hwy 87, just look for the giant chicken! Reverence has become a local’s favorite, because it’s consistently delicious with excellent service. Reverence Farms raises their own animals, but we occasionally sell to them and alway enjoying eating in the cafe.


Want to buy beef directly from us?

Bulk Beef Buying – we sell quarter, half, and whole cows direct to the public.  Go in with extended family or a group of friends in your neighborhood and share a side of beef.  The cost will be much less, and there are many options as far as cuts, amounts of ground beef, etc.  Contact us for more information – (336) 214-5279.

Here’s an example of how a 1/4 cow cuts out, which is often great for a family that has an extra freezer. Please be aware that amounts will vary and bulk beef is not available at all times.

The above totals about 70 lbs, and then there is ground beef – approximately 55 lbs. Ground is always made 80/20, but we are able to make it a different ratio if requested for an entire cow. Ground beef is packaged into one pound blocks unless otherwise requested.

Prices for Bulk Beef

  • $8/lb for whole cow
  • $8.25/lb for half cow
  • $8.50/lb for quarter cow
  • $3/lb for bones
  • $6/lb for organ meats, if desired
